Oral Presentation Guidelines
All oral presentations must be delivered in English. Please follow the timing strictly as session chairs will enforce time limits.
- Duration: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Format: PPTX or PDF. Wide screen (16:9) aspect ratio is recommended.
- Setup: Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to load your slides.
- Equipment: A laptop and projector will be provided. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive.
Tips for Success
Keep slides simple with minimal text. Use visuals to support your points. Rehearse to ensure you stay within the time limit.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster sessions provide an interactive forum for authors to discuss their work. Authors must be present during their designated session time.
Poster Specifications
- Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm) or A1 (594 x 841 mm). Portrait orientation is preferred.
- Content: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction, Method, Results, and Conclusion.
- Visuals: Ensure text and figures are readable from a distance of 1.5 meters.
- Mounting: Materials for mounting posters will be provided at the venue.
