We encourage the submission of high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental research in computing. The following tracks are hereby solicited.

    • AI for social good, resilient systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making frameworks
  2. Future Communication and Networking Technologies
    • 5G/6G networks, IoT infrastructure, sensor platforms, and secure communications for resilient connectivity.
  3. Cyber-Physical Systems, IoT, and Intelligent Automation
    • Smart sensing, real-time control, robotics, and integrated CPS for sustainable and adaptive applications.
  4. Sustainable Energy and Environmental Technologies
    • Renewable energy systems, smart grids, environmental sensing, and climate-resilient design strategies.
  5. Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Resilient Computing
    • Secure architectures, privacy-preserving systems, fault-tolerant computing, and trust in connected systems.
  6. Technology for Health, Humanity, and Society
    • AI-powered healthcare, telemedicine, ICT for underserved communities, and innovations driving societal resilience.
  7. Ethics, Policy, and Governance in Connected Systems
    • Responsible AI, data governance, standards, and ethical challenges in deploying connected intelligence.
  8. Education and Capacity Building in Resilient Technologies
    • Digital literacy, workforce upskilling, and engineering education for sustainable futures.

Note: Please note that literature surveys/review papers will not be accepted in ICARC 2026

All papers submitted to this conference will go through a double-blind peer review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. Acceptance will be based on the originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references of the paper. The Technical Program Committee makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of a paper. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
