Call for Tutorials
IEEE TENSYMP 2027 invites proposals for half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) tutorials on new and emerging topics within the broad scope of Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Proposals should be submitted in a PDF file, not exceeding five (5) pages. The selected tutorials will be scheduled in the second week of April 2027.

The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Data Science and Applications
- Parallel and Distributed Computing
- Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Vision
- Knowledge Management and Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Technology-Enhanced Learning and Teaching
- Ethical and Sustainable Computing
- Trustworthy and Explainable AI
- Generative AI and Societal Impact
Tutorial Proposal Format
Tutorial proposals should be clear, concise, and provide a comprehensive overview of the planned session. Each proposal must include the following information:
- Abstract, objectives, motivation, and intended audience
- Names and short biographies of all tutorial presenters
- Detailed outline of the tutorial content, including a tentative schedule and identification of the presenter(s) for each part
- Past and relevant expertise of the speaker(s) on the proposed topic
- Previous tutorial experience of the speaker(s), including details of past versions of the tutorial (if any)
Selection
All tutorial proposals must be sent to the Chairs and will be peer-reviewed. The Tutorial Chairs will make a final selection of tutorials to ensure variety and relevance to the conference attendees and to best fit the conference schedule.
Upon Acceptance
Speakers for all accepted tutorials will be required to sign a commitment to present at the conference within 14 days of notification. Tutorial topics and their presenters will be featured on the R10 HTC 2027. Tutorial material must be emailed to the conference organizers at least 14 days before the presentation date.
All questions concerning tutorial proposals should be submitted to the Workshop and Tutorial Chair.
